ever been lost in space? been kinda that way myself lately. world weariness? virtual burnout? data overload? can’t suss it out yet, but I just keep on chuggin; figger I’ll get there eventually.

Yep…I know that place. Thing is…don’t panic….:))
tryin to stay cool, soror, and it sure helps to know I’m not the only one who’s been here… scratchy sounds of “ground control to major chrome” echoing in the background, but who can resist the stars?
That kinda happens when you find you have your shoulder to the wheel, eye on the ball, keeping a leg up on the competition and putting your back into it. You can’t work in that position unless you’re a contortionist. I’ve found what helps me is a road in the middle of no where park along side and write down all the things that people want done yesterday, burn the list stand up and give a loud “world go **** yourself” shout then go read a book or go to a movie and slack off for a day.
I agree — bookmarks would be so much easier. I love the way you incorporate your thoughts with these wonderful surreal scenes.
thanks for the kind words, SJC; think I might try a few more in that direction.. love to experiment, and that one has kinda grown on me.
and Dragonrider, I musta been slackin’ off for quite a while on this one; hadn’t seen your comment before… starin’ at the stars too long? thanks for the non-kick in the pants. :)
